This is a desktop of a montage of sketches I did ages back when I was still in College. This piece features tons of different cartoon characters from different influences of mine, Liberty Meadows, Nightmare Before Christmas, Jon Burgeman, Roman Dirge, American McGee's Alice etc. Tons of pencil sketches done over 2 pages of my sketchbook awashed with coffe. Zero digital work here.
Oh I hope not. I was getting round to doing the next wave of designs for the possible Sequal. There does seem to be a huge lack of interest/time doesnt there? Also Ive recently begun research for Modding Alice, designing characters etc. I'll have to get on there as soon as possible.
Good luck with that man. I haven't heard much about the sequal but hopefully the movie they were intending to shoot will finaly come out of the production black hole it seemed to fall into these past few years.
Certainly. Its ironic the two games I draw inspiration on both have totally Dead projects connected such as films, sequals etc, and they came out at the same time. Must be the curse of E.A. or something.
However, while I remember, what was your opinion of the material I sent you on possible suggestions for the sequal. I know there were many problems and things which did not work in context (an almost RPG freeformity, the death of key characters like Keisinger early on etc) but all that needs doing is the filtering out of the crap, and we have the bare roots of something interesting.
I knew there was something I was forgetting over the winter break.
And it gets even better: you know how my AaronRMorgan@hotmail.com account was deleted becase I hadn't logged in for so bloody long? Well it happened again and I lost the script you sent.
If you can re-send it to my campus e-mail account - dmentia@utdallas.edu - I promise I will read it over the weekend and get back to you with some feedback Monday.
Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
