This is Lydia Grey, Assasin, expert Marksman (or woman), and one of the major villains in Martial Law.
And no, I didnt draw her wrong, she lost her Left arm in a Military Operation. That doesnt mean she still isnt a highly deadly operative. When not leading missions herself, she travels around in a mobile base, assesing key strategies and overseeing the rank and file of the Military.

And yep, possibly a lil too much blood.
